Only if it contains sufficient enough ingredients! I don't think meat and bread constitutes a sandwich. It's gotta have some other substance to it. Like onions, ketchup, mustard, and a big ol pickle. Then it's a proper sandwich. Plus cook that hot dog in peanut oil. And get a side of fries and birch beer float with it. Man, I want some hot dog Johnnys right now!
